About Sarah

A born-and raised Kiwi girl, I’m an encourager who loves to strengthen marketing teams and agencies, and to help client/agency relationships be as strong as they can be.

Sarah Ritchie is an international speaker, trainer, coach and author who has spent over 25 years in the advertising, design and marketing industry.
During her career, Sarah has owned a successful design business; taught tertiary design; been a business mentor, and has had a long tenure in agency account management. Sarah is also the author of two award-winning industry books – ‘How to Wrestle an Octopus: an agency account manager’s guide to pretty much everything’ (bronze medal, Axiom Business Book Awards 2019) and ‘How to Tango with a Tiger: a marketer’s guide to working with creative communications agencies’ (winner, Business: Marketing & Advertising category, International Book Awards 2020).
Sarah lives in beautiful New Zealand with her husband, cat, 4.8 million other Kiwis and 30 million sheep.
